THE MODEL MEMO · ISSUE 001 · 5 OCTOBER 2026

The quiet advantage.

Welcome to ModelMillionaire. Let’s start with something useful.

There is always another model launch, another demo, and another prediction about the future of work. Keeping up can become a job of its own.

The Model Memo is built around a different habit: find one useful idea and put it to work. Each edition follows the same compact format—one business idea, one workflow, and one experiment.

01 / The idea: make ordinary work better

Your first AI project does not have to transform the business. It should help you understand where the technology fits. Look for frequent work with a clear output and a person who can judge the result.

A weekly internal update is a good illustrative starting point. The task is familiar, the source notes are available, and errors can be caught before publication. That makes it easier to compare the existing process with an AI-assisted draft.

02 / The workflow: notes into a reviewable update

Gather approved project notes. Remove information the tool does not need. Ask for a draft under four headings: completed work, upcoming work, blockers, and decisions needed. Require a source reference for each substantive claim and an explicit flag for missing owners or dates.

Review the draft beside the original notes. Check facts first and tone second. Keep sending under human control until the process has earned your confidence.

03 / The experiment: keep a friction log

For the next five working days, write down each task you repeat and the time you spend on it. Note what makes it difficult: finding information, reformatting it, making a judgment, or waiting for someone else.

At the end of the week, choose one task with clear inputs, a reviewable output, and low consequences if a draft is wrong. Record a baseline before changing anything. That is the beginning of a useful experiment.

A QUESTION TO TAKE WITH YOU
